CT扫描对腮腺恶性肿瘤TNM分期的价值探讨

根据３６例腮腺恶性肿瘤临床资料，评价了ＣＴ扫描对腮腺恶性肿瘤ＴＮＭ分期的价值，并详细分析了ＣＴ扫描对准确测量原发灶大小及判断艰苦 巴结有无肿瘤转移的情况，着重讨论了颈淋巴转移的ＣＴ诊断标准。与术后病理结果相对照，得出触诊法对颈淋巴转移诊断准确率为６９．４％，ＣＴ扫描的诊断准确率为８０．６％。

Value of CT in TNM Classification of Malignant Parotid Gland Tumor

The clinical feature of 36 cases with malignant parotid gland tumor was reviewed. The value of CT in TNM classification of malignant tumor in parotid gland is assessed. The situation of CT in accurately measuring the size of tumor and in determining the cervical lymph node metastasis was analysed in detail. The diagnosis criteria of cervical lymph node metastasis is emphatically discussed. Compared with the biopsy data. the accuracy of diagnosising cervical lymph node metastasis by touching is 69. 4 percent. The accuracy of CT in diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis is 80. 6 percent. After CT scanning, the changing rate of TNM classification is 33. 3 percent. It is showed that CT can promote the accuracy of TNM classification in malignant tumor of parotid gland and provide more scientific basis in choosing operation method and judging prognosis.
