基于BSC的资源节约型社会评价指标体系研究

 在对资源节约型社会的内涵及其评价要求进行分析的基础上，根据平衡计分卡（BSC）的基本原理，构建了基于节约资源的观念、制度与组织、过程、综合绩效等4个维度的评价资源节约型社会系统的逻辑理论模型。在此基础上建立了多层次的资源节约型社会综合评价指标体系，并以福建省为例，进行了实际的评价应用。

Research on the indicator system for evaluating resource-saving society based on BSC

In this paper, according to the basic theory of balanced scorecard, the meaning and appraising requirement of resource -saving society, we put forward a logical theory model for appraising resource - conserving society system from four aspects including the resource - saving thought, the institution and organization, the process, and the comprehensive performance. On the base, a multi -level and comprehensive indicator system for evaluating resource - saving society has been set up, and then, as an example, it was applied to evaluate and analyse the situation of Fujian province.
