摘    要:《西洲记》中描述了孙悟空、红孩儿、小鼍龙三个“不良少年”的形成原因,主要是缺少家庭教育,其次是老师重智轻德,并可知转化这些“不良少年”行之有效的教育方法:一是强制教育,二是关爱教育,三是用其所长,四是纪律的约束。

Abstract:The forming reasons of the three bad teenagers-Sun wu-kong, Hong hai-er and XiaoTuo-long, are described in "Monkey King".The main reason is lack of family education, the second is that the teachers pay more attention to their intellectual education than their moral training. The efficient educational methods are: the obligatory education, the care education, appling their fortes and the discipline control.
