| 摘 要： | 教材作权作为一项法律权利受到保护，是近代精神明发展的结果。教材作权保护的本是为了结作精神财富的创造添上“利益之油”，从而鼓励高校教师编写教材的积极性，为学校教学服务。

| Abstract: | As a legal right, the copyright of textbook is protected. It is the result of the development of intellectual civilization in modern times. The original meaning of protected copyright is to add 'interest oil' to the creativity of a writer. Therefore, it will encourage the teachers in colleges and universities to raise their activities of uniting books, and serve the school teaching. |
