| 摘 要： | 新时期高校党员教师的先进性主要体现在有争先恐后的工作姿态,有勇当先锋的精神状态,有先人后己的思想品德,有吃苦在先的生活风格,有临危不惧的昂然正气,有更新观念的思想先导。党员教师要结合教育工作的独特性,着重从解放思想、与时俱进,严谨治学、勇挑重担,牢记宗旨、教书育人等方面,自觉实践“三个代表”重要思想。

| Abstract: | The progressiveness of College Teacher Party Members in the New Era mainly manifests in the active attitude in their work,selfless morality and character,willingness to suffer toughness in life,uprightness and unafraidness to face danger,and an open mind to receive new thoughts and ideas.Teacher party members in college are required to take the particularity of education in consideration and implement the important thought of "Three Represents" in their work through the following aspects: emancipating the mind,keeping pace with the time, researching with a cautious attitude,taking on difficult tasks,memorizing the tenet of the party,teaching and educating the students. |
