On the Stimulation of Adults' Learning Motivation in the Elementary Stage under Network Environment

Learning motivation is the core factor for one's learning,which runs through the whole learning process as a sustainable factor,it is a dynamics process consisting of inside and outside drive,with different learning conditions,the motivation formation process and its other causes will changes to some extent.For adult learners,during the elementary stage under web environment,attitude and need are the two major factors which affect their motivation,so we can try to stimulate their motivation through the following 2 aspects: one is to help the adult learners to build up positive attitude;the other is to distinguish and satisfy the need of adult learners.
