网络环境下成人学习初始阶段动机激发策略研究

摘    要:学习动机是学习者学习的核心因素,是贯穿整个学习过程的一个持续性可激发性因素,它是一个由内外驱力组成的动态过程,随着学习环境不同,动机的形成过程及其诱因也有所变化.网络环境下成人学习初始阶段,态度和需求是影响成人学习者动机的两个主要因素,可以尝试以下两方面入手激发他们的学习动机:一方面,帮助成人学习者树立积极态度;另一方面,识别并满足成人学习者的需要.

Abstract:Learning motivation is the core factor for one's learning,which runs through the whole learning process as a sustainable factor,it is a dynamics process consisting of inside and outside drive,with different learning conditions,the motivation formation process and its other causes will changes to some extent.For adult learners,during the elementary stage under web environment,attitude and need are the two major factors which affect their motivation,so we can try to stimulate their motivation through the following 2 aspects: one is to help the adult learners to build up positive attitude;the other is to distinguish and satisfy the need of adult learners.
