| 摘 要： | 中国的问题是农民问题,农民问题的关键是土地问题,而土地问题的关键则是产权问题。当前由于存在分散的普通农民谈判能力较弱、信息不对称等因素,因而出现了形形色色的损害农民根本利益的现象,究其原因是农民缺乏对土地的有效产权。针对我国当前农地产权存在的问题,提出“虚拟所有权”及其系统构建,旨在对我国农村土地产权改革提供思路。

| Abstract: | The question of China is peasant's question,the key to peasant's question is a land question,then the key to land question is land property right.Negotiation ability of ordinary farmer is weak,and information is not symmetric,thus various forms of phenomenon which does harm to farmer's interest appeared.The reason lies in rural land property right are not clear.The thesis has put forward "fictitious ownership" on this basis,it has offered new thought for construction of the rural land property right system of China. |
