| 摘 要： | 采用同工酶电泳技术,研究SO2对玉米细胞保护酶同工酶的影响,结果表明,SO2对不同的玉米细胞保护酶有不同程度的影响,其中对CAT的影响最为明显.玉米细胞保护酶特别是CAT在SO2对玉米的伤害和玉米对SO2的抗性中可能具有重要的作用.

| Abstract: | The influence of SO_2 on isoenzymes of defense enzymes was studied in cell of maize using electrophoresis of isoenzymes. The results showed that SO_2 had different effects on different cell defense enzymes in maize,and the influence on CAT was the most noticeable. It was concluded that the cell defense enzymes especially CAT might play an important role in the SO_2 damage and SO_2 resistance in maize. |
