摘    要:企业获得可持续的竞争优势的根本途径在于做出有效地变革,并持续鼓励创新。领导在一次成功的变革中,发挥着至关重要作用。他们应该加入最初的变更计划,引导和鼓励他们的同伴和员工,建立并描绘未来的愿景。人力资源管理专业有关变革和变革领导者关系的经典理论,以及变革领导者应具备的素质和特点对于组织变革都有深远的影响。

Abstract:The fundamental way for enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage is to effectively change, and continue to encourage innovation. Leaders play a crucial role in a successful change. They should join the original plan of change, guide and encourage their peers and staff, establish and describe its vision of the future. The classical theory of the relations between change and transformational leaders in Human resom'ces management profes- sional, as well as the qualities and characteristics that the change leaders shou|d possess have far -reaching influence on the organizational change.
