| 摘 要： | 农民增收问题是解决“三农”问题的核心问题,建立农民增收长效机制是农村全面建设小康社会的核心任务。就承德地区农民增收面临的人均资源占有量低,农业综合生产能力差,农业产业化经营水平低,贫困人口增收难度大等主要问题,提出了多项利于建立农民增收长效机制的对策。 |

| Abstract: | The way to get agriculture,countryside and farmers out of difficult position is to increase farmers' income.It is a primary task to establish a mechanism that enables to increase farmers' income in a drive of building a well-off society.Taken into considerations limited land,poor productivity and management in Chengde,this paper attempts to present some ways of increasing farmers' income. |
