| 摘 要： | 天监思想在周代十分普遍,是周代非常重要的一种监察形式,也是研究中国古代监察制度不可或缺的部分.在礼治时代,它对当时的政治活动有很大的影响,其监察功能很值得探讨.战国时期,礼坏乐崩,社会发生重大变革,随着专制集权的逐步形成,天监亦丧失其赖以存在的社会环境,最终走向衰落.

| Abstract: | As the important contents of the supervision system of Zhou dynasty, the Tian jian has already existed, it is the essential content of the supervision system of ancient China . It has a important influence on the political activity of the Zhou dynasty and the supervision system of the future generatian . In warring states , being the change of society , Tian jian has not the social milieu that it depends on. Then it becomes to decline at last. |
