| 摘 要： | 地方高校理工科教师实验教学能力较弱,且缺乏综合型实验、创新型实验设计的能力.要提高教师的实验教学能力,首先必须提高教师对实验技能培养的重视程度,采取课程主讲教师主导实验教学的方式,强化教师的实验技能培训,鼓励教师开发综合型、创新型实验,以科研项目为依托,更新、改造实验设备,倡导资源共享.
