富硒食品产业发展研究进展

当前,富硒食品产业发展研究尚处于起步阶段。其研究领域主要集中在产业发展定位、产业开发路径、区域品牌建设、产业链建设和集群发展等方面;研究方法多采用区域经济和产业经济分析的一般原理与方法;研究的空间对象以土壤富硒区个案研究为主。随着硒资源技术和产品开发的不断深入,学术界应从扶贫地区、限制开发区、循环经济和特色资源转化等多视角结合开展研究,并加快全国富硒产业发展规划和区域协同发展研究,以加强富硒产业发展理论研究的针对性和系统性。

Research Progress of Selenium-enriched Food Industry

The Research on Selenium-enriched food industry development is still at the starting stage at present.These researches are mainly about the Industry development orientation,the industry development path,regional brand construction,the industrial chain construction,the cluster development and so on.The general principle and method of regional economics and industrial economics are used widely in this process.And the case study of soil selenium-enriched area is dominant in research object.With the gradual and further development of selenium resources technology and product development,the academic circles should carry out research from many perspectives,such as poverty alleviation areas,development zone limitation,circular economy,characteristic resources conversion and so on.And we should speed up the research on national selenium-enriched industry development programming or regional coordinated development to strengthen the focalization and systemic of the theoretical research on selenium-enriched industry.
