| 摘 要： | 传统义利观同市场经济利益原则的冲突是诚信秩序失范的思想根源，也有制度原因。加强诚信建设应着重于这几方面：塑造诚信经济人格；发挥政治导向作用；进行制度伦理创新；建立诚信赏罚机制。

| Abstract: | Beside the current system,the ideological roots which cause the deline of Trustworthiness are the conflicts between the traditional moral concepts and the market economy benefit principles.Trustworthiness reconstruction should be done in the following aspects:to mold the economic personality of reliability,to make the best use of the function of political guidance,to bring forth newideas in system ethics and establish the reward-punishment mechanism. |
