中小城市高等教育社区特点与发展因素刍议

中小城市高等教育发展研究，应以中小城市与大城市的生态和文化环境为背景，从中小城市高等教育与大城市高等教育比较入手，运用社区研究方法，分析现阶段发展中的中小城市高等教育在社区方面的特点，并以中小城市高等教育社区特点为理论基础，对中小城市高等教育的有利因素与不利因素进行对比，寻求中小城市高等教育发展的措施，迎接全球一体化的挑战。

The Community Characteristics of Higher Education and modest proposal of developing factors in Little and Middle Cities

Taking the zoology and culture environment of little, middle and big cities as background proceeding with the comparison of higher education between little and middle cities and big cities, and using community research methods the community characteristics of the higher education in the developing little and middle cities at present are analyzed about the develop- ment and research of higher education in little and middle cities. At the same time taking the community characteristics of the higher education in little and middle cities as theoretics base point the advantage and disadvantage factors of higher education in little and middle cities are compared to seek the measures to develop the higher education in little and middle cities and meet the challenge of world integration
