摘    要:教师思维规范是教师在一定时期内 ,从事教育理论和教学实践活动时共同遵循的教育信念、价值标准和基本准则。教师思维规范受文化规定 ,受教育目的制约 ,受教学论影响 ,并且具有能动性和创造性。把不同的教师思维规范辩证地结合起来 ,才能使教师思维规范更加科学

Abstract:Teachers' Thinking Normality refers to the education belief,value standard and basic rules that teachers should abide by in teaching practice and education theories in a certain period,It is decided by culture background,education aims and teaching theories,and has the nature of dynamic role and creativeness.The basic way corresponding to modern society and education development is to make teachers'thinking normality more scientific by the dialectical unity of the thinking normality of different teachers.
