| 摘 要： | 通过“院校合并”及“专升本”等途径。一大批新建本科院校应运而生。这批新建本科院校的教学质量问题相对突出。本文在对此进行分析的基础上，对如何提高新建本科院校的教学质量问题进行了探讨。
