现代技术教育技术与英语教学改革

高校连续扩大招生以及时代对外语教学的新要求给外语教学带来师资、教学资源等方面的巨大压力。而现代教育技术的迅猛发展又给外语教学带来很好的机遇。本文论述了利用现代教学手段改革外语教学的一种新的教学模式:发挥名师效应和效益的“名师上大课”、加强实践环节形成交际技能,同时发挥青年教师作用的“小班搞训练” 以及发挥学生自学潜力、培养网络时代新型人才的“课外上机上网自学”的三位一体教学,试图实现教师、教学资源的合理重组,以应对新的形势。

Modern Technical Education and English Teaching Reform

The continuous enrolment expansion and new demand for foreign language teaching bring greatpressure on teachers and teaching resources. However, the rapid development of modern educational technologybrings very good chances for foreign language teaching. This paper expounds a new teaching mode to reformforeign language teaching. It is a three-in one teaching mode, with excellent teachers teaching in large classes togive full play to the effect and efficiency of good teachers, strengthening the link of practice to developcommunicative skills; with training students in small classes to bring young teachers to full play; withself-teaching from computers and internet out of class to give full play of students potentials. This mode attemptsto realize the reorganization of teachers and teaching resources reasonably in order to cope with the changed newsituations.
