Volleyball is a teamwork, which requires quality. The secondly transmitter, is the essential in the competition area. It plays a very important role in the arranged attack. Attacker is the final person who carries out the tactical cooperation in the whole team .The team members should make different changes. When the situation and the place are changing, the tactical ideas, the policy decision and the course are also changing. However, the training level, the actions and the course of the tactical thought in the special teachers' team have some obvious differences.
