| 摘 要： | 安全管理是生产运营的基础,而安全绩效研究是安全管理研究的前提。国内安全绩效管理的综述性研究分为现状、不足和方向三个部分,全方位地揭示了国内安全绩效管理研究取得的成效和发展趋势,为国内企业安全绩效和安全管理的实施提供了现实性的理论借鉴。

| Abstract: | Security management is the basis of production operation, and safety performance study is the premise of the safety management study. The review of domestic security performance management includes the study of present sitnation, shortage and direction. It reveals.the full range of the achievements and development trend of domestic security performance ,management research, and provides a realistic theory reference for the implementation and development of the safety performance andt safety management of domestic enterprises. |
