| 摘 要： | 如何预防经济犯罪已成为国家、理论界和社会公众普遍关注的问题。根据经济犯罪产生的原因、发展规律及其特点，对“症”下药，通过进一步深化政治体制改革、建立健全企业管理制度、完善权力监督机制、加强立法和司法建设，规范社会经济秩序，从根本上遏制经济犯罪的上升趋势。

| Abstract: | How to prevent economic crimes has become a problem that draws the attention of the state,the circle of theories and the social masses. Effective measures should be taken,according to the causes for such crimes and the regular patterns and characteristics of their development,to deepen further the reform of the political system,to establish and perfect the management system of enterprises,to perfect the mechanism of power supervision,to strengthen the building up of legal and judicial powers,to regulate the economic orders in society so as to suppress the rising economic crimes at their roots. |
