| 摘 要： | 经济发达地区的学前教育近年来得到了健康、快速的发展，办学体制改革不断深化，管理逐步完善。但在发展中也存在不少问题。比如缺少整体规划和经费投入，城乡发展不平衡，教师队伍不稳定等。今后的发展取向和空间应从增强政府责任意识、建立公平公正的竞争机制、继续深化办学体制改革、完善管理模式、加强师资队伍建设等方面考虑。
