| 摘 要： | 自19世纪以来，西方学者一直重视对垄断资本问题的研究，并形成两大学派，一是马克思主义学派，二是非马克思主义学派。本文着重对非马克思主义学派关于垄断资本问题研究的基本线路及思想观点进行评析，并在此基础上，将非马克思主义学派与马克思主义学派有关垄断资本问题的研究进行比较。
