摘 要: | 岗位设置管理工作是深化高校人事制度改革、建立高校用人新机制和推进高校收入分配制度改革的需要。阐明高校实施岗位设置管理的思路和做法,提出应解决的重点和难点问题,以及完善岗位设置管理的对策和建议。

Abstract: | The management of post setting is in need of the further personnel system reform, the establishment of new employing mechanisms and the income distribution system. Some thinking and practice in the management of post setting in higher schools are proposed, the key and difficulty points are put forward and the countermeasure and proposals are given. |
