| 摘 要： | 通过对人性的分析，王充肯定了衣食等人的基本物质需求的合理性，提出了以满足人民正当需要为主要内容的惠民观念。同时，王充还十分重视道德在社会发展中的作用，把德治和教化作为惠民的重要组成部分。王克的惠民观念．在加快推进以改善民生为重点的社会建设的今天，仍然具有积极的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of human nature,Wang Chong affirmed the rationality of basic material needs,such as food and clothes,and proposed to the thought of benefitting the people whose main contents were meeting the legitimate needs of the people.At the same time,Wang Chong emphasized the role of moral in the social development,and advocated that rules of morals and enlightenment should be important parts of the policy of benefitting people.Today Wang Chong's conception of benefitting people still have positive significance to speed up the improvement of the livelihood of the people-focused society. |
