| 摘 要： | 高等学校教学与科研是一种互动的关系。教学需要科研，科研离不开教学。教学与科研的互动是实现高校人才培养萌需要，也是教学过程产生的必然结果。大学教师要立足教学岗位，重视科研对教学的促进作用。一个不从事科学研究的高校教师不能算得上优秀的教师；一个不从事教学的教师不能称其为教师。

| Abstract: | In institutions of tertiary education,teaching and scientific research is in an interactive relationship,in which teaching relies upon scientific research and scientific research is inseparable from teaching.Therefore,the interaction between them is both a prerequisite for talent cultivation in institutions of higher learning and also a necessary outcome produced in the process of teaching.It is concluded that in institutions of higher learning a teacher must attach great importance to both teaching and scientific research: one who is not engaged in scientific research cannot be called an excellent teacher and one who is never engaged in teaching cannot even be called a teacher. |
