N-苯基马来酰亚胺的合成方法的改进

摘    要:以马来酸酐和新蒸苯胺为原料,以醋酸酐为脱水剂,三乙胺和醋酸镍为催化剂,合成了N-苯基马来酰亚胺。结果表明,投料最佳配比为马来酸酐:苯胺:1.05~1.1:1,脱水剂与原料最佳配比为乙酸酐:苯胺=2.1:1,催化剂与原料最佳配比为三乙胺:醋酸镍:苯胺=1.08:0.25:1,最终产率为89%。对合成的N-苯基马来酰亚胺分别进行了FT-IR和^1HNMR表征。

Abstract:Using the maleie anhydride and aniline steam as raw materials, acetic anhydride as dehydrating agent, triethylamine and nickel acetic as catalyst, N-phenylmaleimiede has been synthesized. The results show that the best ratio is nmaleic anhydride:naniline = 1.05-1.1:1, nacetic anhydride:naniline = 2.1 : 1, ntriethylamine:nnickel acetic:nanitine = 1.08:0.25:1, and the final productive efficiency is 89%. And also, it has been analyzed by FT-IR and ^1H NMR.
