报酬递增与我国航运业发展的思考

在知识经济时代，决定经济行为的基础性机制已从报酬递减转为报酬递增，发达国家则因知识经济而极大地扩张自己的国际航运竞争优势。本文首先论证报酬递增将在航运业中占统治地位的趋势，接着分析了我国航运业将面临的问题，并就如何避免我国的国际航运竞争地位处于被动而给出了相应的对策。

Increasing Returns and Development of Shiping Industry in Our Country

Basic mechanism which determines economic behavior changes from decreasing returns to increasing returns in the era of Knowledge Economy, and the developed countries will expand their international shipping competitive edge because of Knowledge Economy. First, this paper discusses that the mechanism of increasing returns will occupy a dominent position in the shipping industry because the shipping industry will become the information-based industry. Then, it works out the countermeasure in order to avoid landing our shipping industry in a passive competitive position.
