| Abstract: | Emphasizing the science and belittling the liberal arts are the universal phenomena in a country pursuing industrial civilization. Measuring the value of science by direct economic profits is the main reason to make this cognitive mistake. Strengthening the consciousness of emphasizing both the liberal arts and science is the only guarantee for carrying out the strategy of respecting the qualified personnel and developing the national economy and the course of socialism. |
