按摩配合拔罐理疗治疗腰肌劳损16例的方法与疗效分析

[目的]观察按摩配合拔罐治疗腰肌劳损疗效.[方法]通过柔法、舒筋法等按摩10~15 m in,改善患部的血液循环,拔罐加红外线光疗进行15~20 m in,[结果]4 w的治疗观察对16例腰肌劳损患者治愈率达50%,有效率达50%.[结论]可进一步促进该处经络畅通,充分发挥其活血、行气、消肿、散结等功能,可能是本结合疗法取效的原因所在.

Method and analysis on the treatment of the strain of lumbar musclein 16 cases by a mixed physic therapy of massaging on acupuncture cupping

[Objective] This mixed therapy aims to observe the ctrrative effect on the strain of lumber muscle with a mixed physic therapy of massaging and cupping. [Methods] firstly, some massage should be taken to extend muscles. It can promote the blood circulation of the affected part;and then in the following fifteen to twenty minutes,cupping and infrared ray therapy should be taken. [ Results ] By giving 16 patients a four-week treatment, we have achieved the cure rate up to 50% , and the efficient up to 50% as well. [Conclusion]This mixed therapy can promote to achieve such factions as promoting blood circulation, regulating the flow of qi, subsiding of a swelling and dissipating a node. And this is why we take this mixed therapy.
