| Abstract: | The intension and extension of technological innovation is redeterminated on the base of analyzing the relationship between the development of fundamental scientific research and engineering technology; The double principal parts pattern for promoting national technological innovations is put forward according to the basic rule of international economic development and the reality of dual economic formation in China. |
