摘    要:桂林米粉是广西桂林的一种特色饮食,它不仅品种繁多,而且有着悠久的历史,在长期的发展过程中形成了独特的饮食文化。它制作快、口感好、物美价廉,同时具有药膳的功效。应该采取一定的措施保护和发展桂林米粉,将这种饮食文化传承下去。

Abstract:As a featured food with richly history as well as great diversity, Guilin rice noodle has developed its unique catering culture in the process of long-term development. Something should he done about the protection, development and heritage of Guilin rice noodle, which is a fast-cooked, low-priced, meditative delicious food.
