| 摘 要： | 桂林米粉是广西桂林的一种特色饮食,它不仅品种繁多,而且有着悠久的历史,在长期的发展过程中形成了独特的饮食文化。它制作快、口感好、物美价廉,同时具有药膳的功效。应该采取一定的措施保护和发展桂林米粉,将这种饮食文化传承下去。
