21世纪初我国普通高校执行《学校体育工作条例》的研究

通过对我国普通高校的抽样调查表明,多数学校基本符合<条例>的要求,但是仍有一些学校达不到<条例>的要求.产生问题的原因出在知法、守法、执法多个环节,建议加强对体育教师进行法规的学习,增强依法维护学校体育的意识,教育行政部门要加强贯彻<条例>的检查与评估,确保体育教育法规的贯彻执行,以及有关部门对体育法规进行修改和完善.

Research on the Implementation of "Working Regulations of P.E. at School" in Higher Education in China

Based on the results of the selected investigation on the implementation of "Working Regulations of P.E.at School" in institutions in China,it was found that most of colleges and universities could accord with the requirements regulated in "Regulations".However,there are still a number of institutions failed to implement these requirements.The main reasons of these problems were summarized as the comprehension of "Regulations",the obedience of "Regulations", and implementation of "Regulations".It was suggested to enhance the studies of "Regulations" among PE teachers,promote the consciousness of protecting PE by law.It was also proposed that the administration of education should enhance the review and evaluation of the implementation of "Regulations",in order to ensure the actual implementation of the PE regulations and facilitate the related administration to adjust and consummate the PE regulations.
