太极散手的技术演绎与太极拳技击功能的弱化

随着太极拳技术的逐步成熟与发展,太极拳的养生作用突显,其技击功能呈现不断弱化。太极推手和太极散手都是太极拳的辅助运动形式,它们的竞技化实践存在理论上的缺陷。在长期的太极拳拳法技术实践中,缺少技击功能的实践经验,故而缺乏参与太极散手实践和其它搏击形式的技术和心理准备。就目前来看,还需加强太极拳技击理论和实践的研究,审慎地组织和参与各种技击攻防格斗实践。盲目和过分地宣传和夸大太极拳技击实践作用都是不理智的。
