| 摘 要： | 分析澳大利亚TAFE模式的成功经验,结合我国新生代农民工市民转化的问题,借鉴澳大利亚TAFE教育模式,提出新生代农民工教育的策略,加速新生代农民工的市民转化,提升农村劳动力转移的质量。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the successful experience of Australian TAFE model,combines the problem of citizen transformation of the new generation of migrant workers in China,draws lessons from Australian TAFE education model,puts forward the education strategy of the new generation of migrant workers,accelerates the citizen transformation of the new generation of migrant workers,and improves the quality of rural labor transfer. |
