职业教育虚拟仿真资源建设现状、挑战及对策

随着当今时代对高素质、高技能的专业性人才需求不断增长,国家在职业教育领域虚拟仿真资源建设方面也不断提出新的高要求、高标准。基于职业能力培养虚拟仿真实训中心建设现状和职业教育虚拟仿真资源研究现状,分析当前职业教育虚拟仿真资源建设面临的四大挑战,资源建设存在区域差异,阻碍专业人才均衡分布;仿真资源缺乏系统设计,难以遵循学生认知规律;资源的智能化程度较低,实时交互反馈有待加强;资源共建共享机制不足,资源利用率需逐步提高。最后提出了加强区域合作,以强带弱促发展;符合科学设计,认知规律需遵循;提升智能水平,个性发展求创新;按照逐层设计,共建共享求均衡的四大对策。

Current Situation,Challenges and Countermeasures of Virtual Simulation Resources Construction in Vocational Education

With the increasing demand for high quality and high skilled professionals in the present era,the state has also put forward new high requirements and high standards in the construction of virtual simulation resources in the field of vocational education.Based on the present situation of the construction of virtual simulation training center and the research status of virtual simulation resources in vocational education,this paper analyzes the four challenges facing the construction of virtual simulation resources in vocational education.There are regional differences in resource construction,which hinder the balanced distribution of professional talents.The lack of systematic design of simulation resources makes it difficult to follow the cognitive rules of students.The degree of intelligence of resources is low,and real-time interactive feedback needs to be strengthened.The resource sharing and sharing mechanism are insufficient,and the resource utilization rate needs to be gradually improved.Finally,four countermeasures were proposed including regional cooperation,scientific design,intelligent promotion,joint construction and common use.
