学习型城市建设中的继续教育载体研究

摘    要:依据价值哲学的视角,继续教育载体的价值是指作为客体的继续教育载体的属性与作为主体的学习型城市利益相关者需要之间的一种效用关系。继续教育载体伴随着学习型城市推进不断发展。因此,应加快推进学分银行建设、奋力办好继续教育、兼顾继续教育城乡一体化发展、建立学习型城市建设的动力机制、构建绩效评估反馈体系,助力学习型城市建设。

Abstract:Based on the view of value philosophy,Continuing education carrier value is a utility relationship between the attribute of continuing education carrier,known as object and interests of stakeholders on learning city,known as subject.Continuing education carrier develops with learning city propulsion.Therefore we should speed up promoting the construction of credit bank,make efforts to be continuing education,give consideration to continuing education of urban-rural integration,establish dynamic mechanism,build performance evaluation and feedback system so as to assist construction of learning city.
