Research on the Construction of an Outcome-based Quality Assurance System of Qualifications Frameworks

An outcome-based quality assurance system of qualifications frameworks aims to carry the idea of“outcome-based” through the procedure of qualification cultivation. In order to set up such a system,we have to focus on the following aspects -the construction of systematic theories and regulations in theoretical dimension,the construction of subjects of implementing inter-level qualification assurance in hierarchical dimension,the construction of key point in quality controlling in practical dimension. The strategies of promoting the construction of an out come-based quality assurance system of qualifications frameworks have also been found. It’ s necessary to make clear the responsibility related to the quality of qualification and the key to set up a quality assurance system which should“always act tough and sometimes talk soft”. Dynamic process assessments and suitable external forces are also necessary.
