| 摘 要： | 随着“一带一路”政策的实施，越来越多的中国新创企业通过国际创业来整合全球资源。本文通过202份问卷调查，首次提出了国际创业自我效能的概念，探讨了国际创业自我效能、国际创业模式与国际创业绩效的关系。研究发现，国际创业自我效能、国际创业模式分别与国际创业绩效及其两个子维度财务绩效和非财务绩效显著正向相关，且国际创业模式对国际创业自我效能和国际创业绩效具有中介作用。此外，国际创业自我效能越高的创业者选择投资型模式的可能性越大，各模式所对应的国际创业绩效按照大小排序依次为：投资型>契约型>出口型。

Study on Relationship of Chinese New Ventures’ International Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy,International Entrepreneurship Mode and Performance |

| Abstract: | With the implementation of “The Belt and Road Initiatives”, more and more Chinese new ventures begin to take use of international resources through international entrepreneurship (IE). Based on 202 questionnaire survey, this paper put up with a new construct international entrepreneurial self-efficacy (IESE) and studies the relationship among IESE, IE mode and IE performance. Empirical analysis shows that both IESE and IE mode has a significant positive relationship with IE performance and its two dimensions including financial performance and non-financial performance. Furthermore, IE mode has a significant mediating effect on the relationship between IESE and IE performance. In addition, international entrepreneurs with high level of IESE tend to choose investment mode. Performance of contract mode is less than that of investment mode but more than that of export mode. |
