20世纪90年代以来,作为信息时代的一种微观经济范式创新,企业虚拟化运营以其独特的资源配置方式、运营形态以及所带来的制度创新,使企业赢得了运营优势,获得了经济效益。然而,在复杂多样的实践现象面前,人们对企业虚拟化运营问题的认识也多种多样。本文试图在辩识相关争论观点的基础上,从厘清“虚拟”涵义入手,阐析信息时代企业虚拟化运营这一微观经济范式,以及它的产生发展的背景和原因。

From Virtuality to the Virtualized Operation of Enterprise

Since the 1990s in the 20~(th) century,as a micro-economical norm form in the information age,the virtualized operation of enterprise achieves operation advantages and benefits the enterprise with unique resources distribution way,operation form and mechanism innovation.Nevertheless,there exists a variety of opinions about the virtualized operation of enterprise in the complexity of practical phenomenon.Consequently,based on the identification of correlative arguments and with the clear meaning of "virtuality" as the beginning,the thesis tries to explore such question and expatiate that as a micro-economical norm form in the information age,the virtualized operation of enterprise is the production which originated from the combination of human manifold virtual activities and the operation in enterprise as well as the background and the causes.
