| 摘 要： | 我国东北地区是清代满族的发祥地，是外国列强激烈争夺的地区。件随帝国主义对东北地区侵略的不断加深，东北人民进行了不屈不挠的反抗。涌现出了许多革命人物，这些革命人物在类型上以军事人才为主体，文章对这种人才结构的成因及产生的影响做了简要分析，对于我们更好地了解东北近代史大有裨益。

| Abstract: | The north-east China is the original place of Man nationality which was also a hot zone for foreign countries to fight for.With the deep process of the imperialistic conquering,the people fought bravely among whom there are many heroes worth mentioning.They are mainly the military figures. The paper analyzed the structure of the group to help us understand the modern history. |
