| 摘 要： | 导师队伍建设是研究生教育质量提升的关键。本文从美中比较的视角，对美中两国大学专任教师和研究生导师队伍的学位结构、职称结构、年龄结构、学科结构、学缘结构进行了比较，从而找出我国研究生导师队伍建设中存在的不足与差距，在此基础上，提出高水平研究生导师队伍建设的若干建议。 |

| Abstract: | TThe construction of the tutor team plays a key role in postgraduate education. This article points out our tutor team's weakness fro m the aspects of ranks structure, degrees structure, ages structure and subjects structure by comparative research on the tutor team and full-time faculty in hi gher institutions in America and China, and then brings forward some suggestions in order to optimization our tutor team. |
