| 摘 要： | 上个世纪的社会主义实践，拒绝翁社会，这可能是社会主义在俄罗斯和东欧败落的重要原因之一。实际上，公民社会是社会主义现代化的重要组成部分，社会主义国家应该宽容并善为培养公民社会。我们应该重视社会理论的研究。
