加强农村新老教师培训力度，弥补培训工作中的缺失环节

因为受商品经济的影响,人才流动性加强,农村学校中年教师大多外流,毕业不久的青年教师和工作二十年以上的老教师占很大比例。而以往的教师培训大多以中年教师为主,极大地制约了农村大多数教师的专业素养和教育教学能力的提升。应加强农村学校青年教师和老教师的培训力度,针对他们的知识结构、能力结构和心理特征,制订有针对性、有层次性的培训方案。
