高校德育过程实效性限制因素分析及对策

摘    要:德育内容理想化、政治化,目标要求过高,内容过于陈旧且缺乏时代精神;德育过程简单化,实施手段强制化,评价标准僵硬化;社会环境与高校德育之间的矛盾等,是目前高校德育过程实效性限制的主要因素。改革、充实新时期的高校德育内容;改善、更新高校德育手段;提高教育者自身素养,是增强高校德育过程实效性的主要对策。

Abstract:In colleges and universities,the effectiveness of its moral education process primarily reflects relations between moral education process and the achievement of the educational objectives.Currently,the work of moral education is not satisfactory.The major constraints include:Moral content is over-idealistic and politicized;the content of moral education is too old and lacks the spirit of the times;the process of moral education is over-simplization;The means of implementation is mandatory;Standards of evaluation is too rigid;There are contradictions between social environment and moral education of colleges and universities.
