高校德育过程实效性限制因素分析及对策

In colleges and universities,the effectiveness of its moral education process primarily reflects relations between moral education process and the achievement of the educational objectives.Currently,the work of moral education is not satisfactory.The major constraints include:Moral content is over-idealistic and politicized;the content of moral education is too old and lacks the spirit of the times;the process of moral education is over-simplization;The means of implementation is mandatory;Standards of evaluation is too rigid;There are contradictions between social environment and moral education of colleges and universities.
