| 摘 要： | 今天的国家公务员考试又已经走到了一个重要的历史关口:是重蹈科举的失败覆辙,还是在科学研究的基础上闯出考试科学化的新路?本项研究在对试卷实测数据统计分析的基础上,通过对2002年《行政职业能力考试》的言语理解与表达部分试题的定量、定性分析,发现这部分试题整体质量较差,质量亟待提高。研究认为:言语部分的题目应以考查语言交际能力为主;应着重考查正确理解和准确表达,而不需要过于注重细微的词义辨析;需要注意尊重个人不同的风格和习惯;在预测的基础上建立具有质量保证的题库是当务之急。
