| 摘 要： | 增强政府权威是顺利实现社会转型的基本保证。当前政府权威流失存在着主客观方面的多种原因。我们必须按照“三个代表”的要求,采取多种措施以增强政府的权威,即：治理腐败,提高政府领导集体的整体素质,规范政府行为,深化体制改革。

| Abstract: | Strengthening government's authority is a basic guarantee of realizing the social transformation smoothly. At present, there exits subjective and objective reasons why government authority is running off. We must take various measures to strengthen the government authority according to "the three Representatives", namely, controlling corruption, improving the quality of the whole staff in the government, standardizing the conducts of the government and deepening the reforms of the state system. |
