| 摘 要： | 圣王与暴君是古代政治人范式的两种典型代表,尽管二者对于政治是否需要道德有着根本性的争论,但是,二者都是私人政治时代特有的政治人性范式设计,其目的都是为了实现政治专制,维护帝王的利益。现代政治本质是公共政治,与私人政治有着本质性的区别。公共政策是公共利益的需要而不是最高统治者的权术的体现。

Wise King and Tyrant: Criticism on Traditional Politicians |

| Abstract: | Wise king and tyrant are two typical representatives of ancient politicians.In spite of their divergence on whether politics needs morals,they both are model designs of politician in the age of private politics with the aim of fulfilling political autocracy and protecting emperors' interests.Modern politics,completely different from private politics,is public politics at heart.Public policy is the reflection of public interests rather than the supreme ruler's political trickery. |
