试论“五四”前陈独秀的道德救国思想

"五四"前陈独秀围绕落后道德必然导致社会不幸、封建伦理道德危害社会甚巨、人格堕落为国亡种灭根源、宗教难以救国等方面论证了道德救国的必要性。在具体诠释中,他主张在理论上以新道德取代旧道德、在内涵上使中国传统精华与西方近代积极学理有机结合、在人格模式上提倡中国近代健全人格,并提倡借破坏、教育、示范和近代团体等方法塑造近代新国民,实现道德救国之目的。

A tentative study of Chen Duxiu''''s hypothesis of moral ruling before May 4th Movement

Before the May 4th Movement, Chen Duxiu has proposed a hypothesis of moral ruling to save the country from destruction, since he believes that moral backwardness of the feudal China is to result in the social misfortune, and that the personal degeneration is to cause the racial calamity. He further argues for the new ethics to take the place of the old one, combine the traditional with the western, and improve Chinese contemporary personal mode. And he also puts forward with specific ways of education and demonstration so as to remodel the new civilians in the lights of the new ethics in China.
