教师过量布置家庭作业的弊端及其制约设想

摘    要:教师布置过量家庭作业既不利于学生实践能力的培养和身心健康发展,也不利于课堂教学效率的提高。导致教师过量布置家庭作业的主要原因有片面追求升学率、管理的缺位及社会传统落后思想。有效解决教师布置过量家庭作业这个难题,一要教育部门制定学生家庭作业的标准,加强行政执法和管理;二要规范教师教学行为;三是帮助家长提高为学生“减负”重要性的认识。

Abstract:The over assignment is neither beneficial for cultivating students' practical ability,students' physical and mental health,nor for the elevation of teaching efficiency.The causes of over assignment include: concentration on enrollment rate;lack of management;the out-dated traditional beliefs.The effective measures of solving this problem are: 1) the education departments establish the standard of assignment,and enforce the execution and management;2) standardize teaching action;3) help parents know better about the importance of reducing students' burden.
